How much does Pista cost?
Three plans per shop: Pit Crew $149, Full Track $299 and Podium $499 a month, plus 0.75% on work written through Pista. Annual billing takes two months off. See the pricing page.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan is priced per shop. Add every tech, service writer and manager you have. You set what each person can see.
Are there setup fees?
No. Setup, training and data migration are included. The first 30 days are free.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and take your data with you.
What if I switch plans mid-month?
Upgrades take effect the same day and are prorated. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
What is the 0.75%?
Three quarters of a percent of the work written through Pista, on top of the plan. On a $10,000 month that is $75. It is why the plans cost less than everybody else's: we make money when your shop does.
Do card payments cost extra?
Card processing is a standard per-transaction rate through Stripe, the same on every plan. Text-to-pay, tap to pay and financing offers are included.
How fast can we be running?
Most shops are up and running within 24 to 48 hours of saying yes. Shops with a lot of history can take a little longer, and you keep working the whole time.
Do you move our data?
Yes, for free. Customers, vehicles, invoices, notes and history from whatever you use today, or from spreadsheets. We run both systems side by side for the first week.
Do we need new computers or tablets?
No. Pista runs in a browser and on the phones your techs already carry.
Can we keep our phone number?
Yes. We port it. Customers dial the same number, it rings inside the ticket, and calls are recorded.
Can we keep our current website?
Yes. Or take the one included in Full Track, which books straight into your calendar.
Where do labor times and parts come from?
MOTOR labor times and procedures, PartsTech live parts pricing and ordering, Carfax vehicle history. All included. AutoZone commercial pricing is coming.
What does the AI service writer actually do?
Reads the VIN, pulls the labor time, prices the parts and drafts the ticket. You can also talk to the RO: say "add front brakes" and it adds the job, parts and hours.
Does Pista have an app?
Two. The shop runs from any phone or browser. Your customers get an app with your shop's name on it: health score, instant estimates, booking, rewards.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes, QuickBooks Online sync is included in Full Track and Podium.
Does it handle tires?
Yes. Tire packages with mount, balance, TPMS and disposal in one line, three price tiers, warranty built in. No tire add-on fee.
Does it support Spanish?
Yes. The shop side, the customer texts and support, in English and Spanish. Portuguese on the customer side too.
Where is support?
US-based, in South Florida, in English and Spanish, by phone and text. A person who knows your shop.
Is there training?
Yes, included. Short videos inside the dashboard and a support site with hundreds of articles at support.trypista.com.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export customers, vehicles and invoices any time, before or after you cancel.
