Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan is priced per shop. Add every tech, service writer and manager you have. You set what each person can see.
What is the 0.75%?
Three quarters of a percent of the work written through Pista, on top of the plan. On a $10,000 month that is $75. It is why the plans cost less than everybody else's: we make money when your shop does.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Annual billing takes two months off if you want it, and you can still leave with your data any time.
What does migration include?
Customers, vehicles, invoices, notes and history from whatever you use today, or from spreadsheets, moved by us at no charge. Most shops are live in 24 to 48 hours and keep working the whole time.
Do card payments cost extra?
Card processing is a standard per-transaction rate through Stripe, the same on every plan. Text-to-pay, tap to pay and financing offers are included.
Are there setup fees?
No. Setup, training and data migration are included. The first 30 days are free.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export customers, vehicles and invoices any time, before or after you cancel.
Does Pista have an app?
Two. The shop runs from any phone or browser. Your customers get an app with your shop's name on it.
Which plan should we pick?
Most shops pick Full Track, because the phone system, website and Google reviews replace three bills on their own. If you already have those covered and just want the shop to run on one screen, start on Pit Crew and move up any time.
