Do you help us get set up?
Yes. We move your customers, vehicles and history over from whatever you use today, at no charge, and run both systems side by side for the first week. Support is US-based, in English and Spanish, by phone and text.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pista is priced per shop. Add every tech, service writer and manager you have. You set what each person can see.
How fast can we be running?
Most shops are up and running within 24 to 48 hours of saying yes. Shops with a lot of history can take a little longer, and you keep working the whole time.
Do we need new computers or tablets?
No. Pista runs in a browser and on the phones your techs already carry. Snap the VIN, talk to the ticket, text the customer, all from the floor.
Does it work with the tools we already use?
Carfax, PartsTech, AutoZone, MOTOR labor guides, QuickBooks and Stripe are built in. Ask about anything else on the call and we will give you a straight answer.
What does it cost?
